We would like to inform you that the Romanian Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade and the Ministry of Education and Research are offering 40 categories of scholarships to foreign citizens for the 2025–2026 academic year.

All courses offered within the framework of the program are taught in Romanian.

Applicants who do not know Romanian have the opportunity to take a one-year preparatory language course. A certificate of Romanian language proficiency (level B1 or equivalent) is required to participate in the study process.

Scholarship programs are announced for students at the following levels:

• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree
• PhD
• Postgraduate studies/residency (for medical students)
  
  

Scholarships provide funding for the following expenses:

• Full tuition fees (including the preparatory year)
• Monthly stipend during the study period
• Free accommodation in student dormitories (within the budget)
• Medical assistance (emergencies and epidemics)
• Discounts on local and domestic student transportation
  
  

Please note that international and domestic travel expenses are not covered by the university. These expenses are the responsibility of the participant.
