On June 21, the closing ceremony of the intensive executive program “Leadership Excellence: Driving Organizational Change and Success”, developed by Harvard University’s Division of Continuing Education, was held at Caucasus University.
Following the completion of the program, Professor Laurie Pascal of Harvard University awarded certificates to participants, recognizing their successful completion of the intensive course. She also extended her gratitude for their active engagement and commitment throughout the program.
The program brought together over 30 women professionals from the financial sector across the Caucasus region. The participants represented institutions that are signatories of the United Nations Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs).
Importantly, even after the in-person intensive sessions in Georgia, Harvard University’s Division of Continuing Education coaching faculty will continue mentoring the graduates remotely, further enhancing the practical relevance and long-term impact of the knowledge acquired during the course.
Caucasus University, this collaboration in bringing a Harvard program to Georgia represents a significant milestone in delivering world-class educational programs and reaffirms the university’s commitment to internationalization and leadership development.
