Professors from Inholland University of Applied Sciences visit at the Caucasus University

On June 9-13, the Department of International Relations of Caucasus University hosted representatives of the Urban Tourism and Architecture team of the Inholland University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands - Donagh Horgan and Abdul Kara - within the framework of the Erasmus+ academic mobility.

 

As part of the visit, an introductory meeting was held with a representative of the Department of International Relations of Caucasus University. During the meeting, the parties discussed the existing cooperation between the universities, and the representative of the department also informed the guests about the educational programs, international programs and achievements of the university.

 

Lecture hours were planned for the invited professors with students of the Caucasus School of Tourism, who were hosted by the school's lecturer, Nino Tigishvili. Also, a public lecture was planned for the invited guests with the students of the School of Architecture and Design on the topic: “urban activation towards socio-spatial equity in cities”. Additionally, an introductory meeting was held with the Dean of the School of Architecture and Design - Mariam Menabde.

 

It is worth noting that within the framework of the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility Program, the Inholland University of Applied Sciences is an important partner of Caucasus University in the Netherlands. The agreement signed between the universities provides for the mobility of both academic and administrative staff, as well as students within the framework of the research and teaching component.
