The speakers at the seminar were: Prof. Vakhtang Sartania, Dean of Faculty of Economics & Business Administration of St. Andria the Firs-called Georgian University of Patriarchy of Georgia, Prof. Kakha Shengelia, Rector of the Caucasus University, Prof. Davit Cherkezishvili, Rector of the University of Europe, the project coordinator, Prof. Shalva Machavariani and Prof. at TSU, Prof. Giorgi Ghaghanidze.

At the end of the seminar a debate was held and final conclusions made.
