A meeting between representatives of the Ministry of Justice and students was held at the Caucasus School of Law. Otar Kakhidze, Head of the Analytical Department of the Ministry of Justice, spoke about the improvement of the juvenile justice system and the fight against juvenile delinquency, and offered students direct involvement and cooperation in this issue.
The first stage of the collaboration is a competition of articles for students on the topic: "Effective mechanisms for the prevention of juvenile delinquency." According to the authors of the project, this initiative will allow students to present their vision and specific methods to combat juvenile delinquency.
Student works will be evaluated by the competition commission. The competition will end with a conference on juvenile delinquency prevention. Authors of the best papers will participate in the conference, and successful students will be awarded. A collection of articles is also planned.
Caucasus Law School Student Scientific Society calls on students to be actively involved in this project. In case of participation in the conference, law school students will be awarded additional credits, which will be reflected in their academic performance.
