The event was attended by a special delegation from Austria - Upper Austrian economy, labor, tourism and sports minister Professor Michael Stagli, Upper Austria, Education Minister Doris Hammer and Upper Austria University of Applied Sciences President Dr. Gerald Reizinger as well as representatives of the Georgian side: Ministry of Education and science Tamar Sanikidze and president of the Caucasus University Kakha Shengelia .
The university, and based on European standards, will be equipped with the latest technology and laboratories and work will be completed throughout Europe, which includes the training of instructors, as well as joint research projects, lectures and symposium; conducting student and staff exchange programs, joint projects in the educational space to the highest recognized European standards.
The goal of cooperation between the two countries in the region leading bachelor 's, master's and doctoral education programs, providing appropriate education and terminal degrees. Educational programs are: Engineering (Automation Engineering), Electrical Engineering ( Electrical Engineering ), Civil and Construction (Civil and Construction).
