Theme was : Building Democratic Governance on the basis of EU Administrative Principles in the Caucasus Region.
The conference was attended by 70 participants from Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia from the higher education institutions.
The guset speakers from Europe's different universities, spoke about education role in the process of building democratic governance, about EU experience in this area and the role of higher education in public.
At the end of the meeting, memorandum of understanding was signed with Caucasus University and partner Universities.
