This year the evening was led by anchors - Shoti Tatishvili and Nini Chumburidze.

Mr. Kakha Shengelia addressed the students with a welcome speech to congratulate them on becoming students. He further mentioned they had made a right choice of the institute of higher education. The speech was followed by entertainment and other joyful activities. The music was provided by "Band e roll".

On this year's Welcome Party two of the attending students were celebrating their birthdays, which was why they were awarded special prizes by "Geocell".

Finally, CU's president together with the administration and deans cut the first piece of festive cake and thanked the party organizers. The evening proceeded with the welcome party and everybody getting to know one another with music played by a DJ.
September 4, 8 p.m., Caucasus University hosted a freshman welcome party in the club Underwheel. The event, which is an established tradition, is held in different fashions every year.
