According to the chair of the Commission, Mr. Theodore Kobakhidze the aim of the Memorandum is to develop and strengthen cooperation between the two parties, to encourage the youth involvement in the self-governance and to enhance the youth's trust to the local representative body.

According to Theodore Kobakhidze, the parties will have an opportunity to cooperate effectively, in particular they will encourage professional growth of Bachelor's, Master's and PhD students, allow them to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and develop essential professional skills.
