A New Phase of Cooperation with Higher Education Institutions Commences

4 May 2026

A Memorandum of Cooperation has been signed between the Public Service Hall and 16 accredited universities in Georgia, with the aim of providing students with practical training opportunities and supporting their professional development.

The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Justice Lana Morgoshia, Deputy Minister of Education, Science and Youth Zviad Gabisonia, Chairperson of the Public Service Hall Vakhtang Zhvania, rectors of higher education institutions, students, and invited guests.

The initiative will enable students to consolidate their academic knowledge in a real working environment and gain first-hand experience of public service delivery directly at the Public Service Hall.

The Memorandum signed between the Public Service Hall and the universities marks an important step towards strengthening effective cooperation between the education sector and public services, while laying a solid foundation for the professional development of future generations.

Significantly, the initiative is designed to support young people not only in Tbilisi, but also across the regions of Georgia, thereby promoting equal access to educational and professional development opportunities nationwide.

The initiative will also provide students with the opportunity to secure competitively paid employment in their own regions.

The Memorandum of Cooperation was signed with 9 public and 7 private universities operating in Georgia.
