On November 8, the President of the Caucasus University, Kakha Shengelia, hosted the AUF Central and Eastern European Regional Director, Mohamed Ketata, alongside the staff of the same organization.

A working meeting with university representatives was planned as part of the visit. The meeting was attended by the Vice-President for Internationalization, Ms. Irena Melua, as well as the Director of International Relations Department, Ms. Ketevan Karbaia and Deputy Director of International Relations Department, Ms. Ani Tavartkiladze.

During the meeting, the parties reviewed the projects implemented at the university and innovations in the direction of international cooperation, as well as the possibilities of implementing joint projects in the future.

It should be noted that Caucasus University has been a member of the Francophone University Agency (AUF) since 2022. AUF unites more than 1000 educational institutions from 120 countries.

The organization is one of the leading educational associations, which creates a number of new opportunities in the direction of the development of internationalization of universities.
