On April 9, a business workshop on "Company Leadership" was held for the entrants on the campus of Caucasus University.

The speaker of the workshop was - George Burduli - Co-Founder and Chairman of Georgian Progress Group, Host of Formula TV ("Business Powered by Bloomberg", "Business Leaders").

The following issues were discussed at the event: company vision, mission and strategy, stakeholders, their interests and motivations, structure, administration and organizational culture

At the end of the workshop, entrants were given certificates of participation.
