On September 26, in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, Caucasus University officially opened one of its major projects - Caucasus Training Center, which is the first precedent of Georgian education’s export thereby making Caucasus University has become the first and the only Georgian educational institution starting operating on the international market. Global expansion is one of the University’s main strategic goals in the direction of internationalization.
The Dubai center was opened by the President of the Caucasus University – Mr. Kakha Shengelia, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the United Arab Emirates – Mr. Giorgi Janjghava, Vice-president of Caucasus University – Mr. Buba Lezhava, the director of the training center, and the executive director of Ceeco International - Dr. Jazeer Abdul Khader.
The opening ceremony was attended by: Mr. Temur Mikeladze, Chairman of the Business Council of Georgia in Dubai; Member of Parliament of India – Mr. Adv Jebi Mather; also, by representatives of Caucasus University, members of the Georgian Business Council in Dubai and Georgians doing business in the United Arab Emirates.
The training center will allow interested applicants to opt for heir preferred training program and thereby acquire knowledge meeting international standards. The Center, which brings together a wide network of trainers and training programs from Georgia, Europe and India, is a unique means for professional and personal growth.
The training courses envisage face-to face sessions in Dubai as well as hybrid learning opportunity, ensuring flexibility and inclusivity.
