Student Mobility Announcement at Caucasus University – Spring Semester

Caucasus University announces student mobility for the Spring Semester of the 2025–2026 academic year.

 

Information on available programs, vacant places, and tuition fees is available here and on the electronic portal: students.emis.ge.

 

  • Electronic portal registration period:
    January 28 – February 11, 2026 (until 18:00)
  • Publication of mobility results on the electronic portal:
    February 16, 2026

In the event of a positive result on the electronic portal, students are required to appear at Caucasus University and submit the necessary documentation between February 16–18, 2026.

 

Credit Recognition

 

  • Recognition of transferred credits, familiarization with recognized credits, and written confirmation by students transferring to the University will take place from February 18–20, 2026.
  • Preparation of the draft admission order for students transferred through mobility and its electronic registration in the Register of Educational Institutions - February 20, 2026.

 

Required Documents:

 

  1. Application form;
  2. Certificate confirming student status;
  3. Duly certified copies of all legal acts determining the student’s status;
  4. Academic transcript (grade report);
  5. Copy of an identification document;
  6. Notarized copy of the document confirming completion of the previous level of education:
  7. Bachelor’s mobility: notarized copy or original of the secondary school certificate;
  8. Master’s mobility: notarized copy of the Bachelor’s diploma and diploma supplement;
  9. Doctoral mobility: notarized copy of the Master’s diploma and diploma supplement;
  10. Copy of the military registration certificate for conscripts (or military ID, if applicable);
  11. Photograph (3×4 cm): two printed copies and one electronic version on CD.
