Professor Paata Brekashvili, Dean of the Caucasus University Doctoral School (CDS) - has received grant funding for his project "Leadership Response in a Psychological Contract".

The project was funded by the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia 2019 Grant Call for Young Scientists.

Within the framework of this project, research will be conducted to contribute to the development of psychological contract theory in several areas, including creation of a model of psychological contract theory by taking into account managerial perspective.

This is a two-year project and we will involve Ms. Lisa Schurer Lambert, a professor at the Oklahoma State University as a consultant.
