It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sir Enan Galaly, honorary doctor of CU, Chairman of the IAUP Advisory Board, founder of Helnan Hotels, an outstanding public and educational figure, successful businessman.

We would like to express our condolences to his family, friends and colleagues. Galaly was not only an amazing professional, but also a remarkable individual. He will be deeply missed by all of us, especially within the educational community.

Enan constantly supported and was actively involved in the activities of IAUP. Particularly noteworthy is his strategic support in organizing IAUP regional meetings, as well as the Seminar on Leadership Development for New Presidents and Emerging Leaders.
