On December 15, the defense of the master's theses of MSc program students of CSB was held online.

The masters presented papers on the following topics:

• Tinatin Kakushadze - "Implementing Major Changes in Georgian Companies (Hospitality Industry)"
• Nino Gubeladze - "Effectiveness of Digital Technologies in Human Resource Management Processes and its Impact on the Development of the Organization"
• Mariam Abuladze - "Employee Involvement in Agile Organizations"

The members of the commission were: Elene Jgharkava, Nugzar Skhirtladze, Natia Zedginidze and Davit Tsiklauri.

The graduate students successfully defended their papers before the commission.
