On December 16, the defense of the master's theses of MSc and MBA programs’ students of CSB was held online.

The masters presented papers on the following topics:

• Natia Otanadze (MBA) - "The challenge of derivatives market development in Georgia"
• Sophio Dgebuadze (MBA) - "Merger-Acquisition Motives, Key Aspects of Success-Failure and Its Impact on Profitability on the Example of JSC GEFA"

The members of the commission were: Elene Jgharkava, Nugzar Skhirtladze and Vakhtang Berishvili.

The graduate students successfully defended their papers before the commission.
