Defense of CSB Master Theses

On April 14 and 15, CSB Master's program students defended their theses at Caucasus University.

 

The masters presented papers on the following topics:

 

Tamar Gegelidze - „The effects of Covid-19 on intrinsic and extrinsic motivators in public healthcare institutions (Based LEPL Tbilisi State Medical University’s structural units) “

 

Ivane Khurtsia - "The Impact of Covid-19 on E-Commerce Consumer Behavior"

 

Mariam Dalakishvili - "Motivation of Administrative Staff in Higher Education Institutions (on the Example of Private HEIs)"

 

Zizi Gelenidze - „Exploring the Presence and Integration of Emotional Intelligence in Human Resources Management (HRM) Practices of the Organizations Operating in Georgia “

 

Lika Toklikishvili - "The effect of interest rate and inflation rate on exchange rates in Georgia" 

 

Vaniko Abesadze - "Perspectives and Benefits of Using Solar Energy (on the Example of Madart)"

 

Giorgi Dzeria - "Introduction and Management of Innovative Banking Products in the Georgian Market"

 

Ketevan Nutsubidze - "Analysis of the capital structure and its impact on the bank's financial performance before the pandemic and after the pandemic (on the example of TBC Bank)"

 

On April 14, the following members of the commission were present at the defense: Tengiz Taktakishvili; Teo Neparidze; Tamar Tsertsvadze

 

On April 15, the following members of the commission were present at the defense: Erekle Pirveli, Vakhtang Berishvili, Nugzar Skhirtladze

 

The students successfully defended their papers before the commission.
