On June 20, Caucasus University held CSB Students’  Science Conference - “Organizations and Effective Management.’’

The Conference participants were evaluated by the following commission members:

Boris (Buba) Lezhava - Dean, Caucasus School of Business;

Shalva Machavariani - Vice-president in Science Affairs, Caucasus University

Paata Brekashvili - CSB Master and Doctorate Programs Academic Director, Caucasus University;

Levan Bzhalava – Chief Scholar of Caucasus School of Business.

The committee declared the following winners:

1^st Place for the theme: “Types of Control System in the Organization and its Indirect Effect on the Commitment of Sales Force”.

2^nd Place for the theme: ’’The Role of the Leader-Member Exchange and Perceived Organizational Support in Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Counterproductive Work Behavior’’.

3^rd Place for the theme: ’’Customer Satisfaction: defined by employee behavior types and stressors”.

• Irma Berdzenishvili

The participants were granted Certificates and complementary memorable gifts.
