On February 8, Caucasus University held the defence of MBA student's, Tamar Berozashvili's postgraduate thesis, "The Impact of Refinancing Rate on the Banking Sector".
The defence of MSc student's, Nino Pertaia's postgraduate thesis on "Employee job satisfaction based on organizational commitment and intention to leave on the example of Georgian medical field" was also held.
Commission members Nugzar Skhirtladze, Elene Jgharkava, Nino Kuntskha-Gabashvili and Erekle Pirveli attended the defense of the theses.
