The Office of the President of Caucasus University has announced that the New Westminster College of Caucasus University was officially established today.
On the basis of the 41st Article of the Statutes of Caucasus University, Order No. 07/01-11 was officially signed in Tbilisi by Kakha Shengelia, PhD, President of Caucasus University, on 1 November 2017, to create the New Westminster College of Caucasus University, and to add it to the existing schools of Caucasus University.
New Westminster College was originally founded by Professor Robert Goodwin III on 18 August 2011 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, in accordance with the laws of Canada and Province of British Columbia. The presidents and founders of Caucasus University and New Westminster College decided to establish the New Westminster College of Caucasus University after lengthy collaboration and consulting with higher education specialists, and officers and professors from each institution.
“New Westminster College has a global network of distinguished leaders from 66 countries, that share our vision that have joined with us to advance our College,” said Professor Robert Goodwin III, Chairman of the Board of Governors of New Westminster College. “Our Fellows include world leaders (presidents and prime ministers), heads-of-state, cabinet ministers, 100 surgeons and medical doctors, 45 ambassadors, 100 generals and admirals, French and NASA astronauts, world-renowned scientists and professors, senators, Members of Parliament and Congress, corporate CEOs, and other accomplished professionals.”

The New Westminster College of Caucasus University will have its offices and classrooms in the new campus of Caucasus University in Tbilisi.
