Caucasus University is announcing a vacancy for the position of Junior Manager of the Student Services and Learning Process Monitoring Department.
Job responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with students, assisting them and lecturers with technical issues to ensure a smooth educational process.
- Assist students with semester registration and contract signing in coordination with the senior manager, providing consultations within the scope of competence.
- Provide students with essential information regarding university regulations and promote their implementation.
- Monitor the timely uploading of syllabi to the electronic system.
- Enter and verify data related to lecture hours, including information provided by the security service, this includes verification of data entered by the security service;
- Oversee the maintenance of the electronic student attendance database.
- Assist students in the process of obtaining the necessary documents;
- Monitor the timely entry of grades into the database by lecturers;
- Organize committee meetings and draft protocols within the school’s educational program.
- Attend midterm and final exams;
- Manage exam papers, including receiving signed protocols, assigning special codes, sorting, anonymizing, transferring to lecturers, and handling corrected papers according to protocol requirements.
- Ensure midterm and final exam grades are entered into the database.
- Coordinate the creation and uploading of final semester assessment reports in collaboration with the senior manager.
- Oversee the process for restoring midterm and final exams missed by the students.
- Participate in the collection and organization of documents for freshman enrollment.
- Participate in the authorization/accreditation process within the scope of competence;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualification Requirements:
- Higher education
- English language proficiency (B2 level)
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strong ability to process and synthesize information efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working Conditions:
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a short working day, subject to agreement with management)
- Salary: 1,000 GEL (net)
- Probation period: 6 months (paid)
Note: Upon successfully completing the first stage of the probationary period (3 months), the candidate will be considered for promotion to a managerial position, with a salary increase to 1,200 GEL (net).
