On July 4, Nino Berishvili successfully defended her dissertation titled "Exploring the Dynamics of Emotional Intelligence, Trust, and Leadership in Team Performance and Project Success: A Comprehensive Analysis: Case of Georgian NGOs" at Caucasus University.

The scientific supervisor of the dissertation was Professor Roya Anwar.

The defense took place before the dissertation board, comprising:

• Roya Anvari, Associate Professor, University of Georgia
• Maka Bughulashvili, Associate Professor, Faculty of Business Management, Black Sea International University
• Boris (Buba) Lezhava, Professor, Vice-President in the field of Research and Strategic Development, Caucasus University
• Tengiz Taktakishvili, Associate Professor, School of Business, Caucasus University

During the defense, Nino Berishvili presented her dissertation and responded to questions from the board. Following her presentation, Maka Bughulashvili, Associate Professor of the International Black Sea University, provided her own evaluations of the dissertation.

According to the evaluation of the board, Nino Berishvili successfully defended the dissertation and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Management.
