On June 16, Zurab Lukashvili, a student in the English-language PhD program in Management at Caucasus University School of Business, successfully defended his dissertation titled "Impact of Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction Among Staff of Private and Public Higher Education Institutions in Georgia."
The research was conducted under the supervision of Professor Ekaterine Natsvlishvili.
The defense of the dissertation was held before the dissertation board, consisting of the following members:
- Elene Jgharkava, Associate Professor, Dean of the School of Business, Caucasus University;
- Ekaterine Natsvlishvili, Affiliated, Associate Professor, European University;
- Tengiz Taktakishvili, Associate Professor, School of Business, Caucasus University;
- Lili Bibilashvili, Professor, East European University;
- Natia Zedginidze, Professor, Kutaisi International University.
During the defense, Lukashvili presented his research and responded to committee questions. Associate Professor Tengiz Taktakishvili then presented his evaluation of the thesis as the official reviewer.
Following the board’s assessment, Zurab Lukashvili was awarded the degree of Doctor of Management.
