Work meeting with Elsevier regional representative

On October 10, the representative of the international publishing house Elsevier in Central and Eastern European countries, Vivien Vereczki, and the certified trainer of Elsevier in Georgia, Tamar Gogua, held a workshop for the academic staff and doctoral students of Caucasus University.

 

The first meeting was devoted to Science Direct, which is a large bibliographic database of scientific and medical publications, including up to 4,000 academic journals and 30,000 e-books, and the second meeting was devoted to Scopus, which is an abstract and citation database and includes up to 35 thousand referable editions of up to 11 thousand publishing houses.

 

Caucasus University has access to Elsevier databases with the support of Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia.
