On December 9, Caucasus University launched the Flowstarter training and internship program for its students, specifically designed for all second-year cohorts. The selection process was conducted through an interactive, board-game-based activity that encouraged engagement and collaboration.

The Flowstarter program offers a three-month intensive training series accompanied by practical internship placements. Its primary goal is to support students’ integration into real working environments while simultaneously expanding the Flowstarter alumni network.
