The honored guests were: Dr. Allan E.Goodman(President and Chief Executive Officer Institute of International Education, Dr. H. Fenwick Huss (Willem Kooyker Dean Zicklin School of Business Baruch College, City University of New York), Dr. Akif Farhad oglu Musayev (Founder of Azerbaijan University) and Dr. Bijan Fazlollahi (Founder of CSB).
