On February 19, Caucasus University hosted the first HR event of 2026, organized by HR Hub.

The event brought together HR professionals and industry representatives with the aim of sharing knowledge and experience in human capital management, strengthening the strategic role of HR managers within organizations, and fostering meaningful professional networking.

The discussion focused on key and forward-looking topics, including 2026 HR trends, priority areas for the year ahead, and the most urgent issues in the HR field. Particular attention was paid to employee motivation, well-being and wellness programs, staff care initiatives, and identifying the right moment to implement organizational change.

The event was conducted in an interactive format, encouraging active participation and open dialogue.
