On February 11, the International Day of Women and Girls in Science was celebrated at the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia. The event, co-organized by the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia, recognized and awarded successful women scientists for their exceptional contributions to the advancement of science.
During the event, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia, Nodar Papukashvili, along with the General Director of the Rustaveli National Science Foundation, Teimuraz Dochviri, thanked the female scientists and emphasized the significance of implementing initiatives that support them. Among the awarded women is Professor Guranda Chelidze from the Caucasus University School of Humanities and Social Sciences. We extend our congratulations to her and wish her ongoing success.
