The aim of the visit was to sign a memorandum of cooperation between CU and JTI. In the framework of the memorandum, CU students will be given scholarships and employed at one of the most thriving companies.

The memorandum was signed by Vice-President of Caucasus University in Academic Affairs, Mr. Nugzar Skhirtladze and Director-General of JTI, Mr. Polholowei and Inaikovchuk (Head oh HR Department of JTI in the Caucasus).

JTI puts special emphasis on high quality higher education which is why the Company offers students a wonderful opportunity of winning scholarships. Through a fair and transparent process the Company will reveal two best students and pay their tuition fee for one semester (top first student will get 100% funding of the whole tuition fee while the second ranking will get 50%).

In addition, JTI offers junior and senior students paid internship at the Company, where the students will be given an opportunity to work on interesting and practical business projects.
