On December 14th, Caucasus University hosted representatives from JUNIA Grande école d’ingénieurs of Lille Catholic University, France.
Within the framework of the visit, meeting was held with Ms. Vira Wannepain, Erasmus+ Coordinator and Prof. Nacim Ihaddadene, Associate Professor in Artificial Intelligence. From Caucasus University, Ms. Irena Melua, Vice- President of Internationalization, Mr. Shota Nizharadze, Dean of the Caucasus School of Technology, Mr. Maxim Iavich, Lecturer of the Caucasus School of Technology/Head of the Cybersecurity Center, Ms. Ketevan Karbaia, Director of the International Relations Department and Ms. Ana Tavartkiladze, Deputy Director of the International Relations Department have participated in the meeting.
During the meeting, the parties have discussed the strategy of future cooperation, which includes the development of double degree programs in the field of Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence, and the implementation of joint projects between faculties.
It should be noted that within the Erasmus+ program, the Lille Catholic University is one of the most important strategic partners of the Caucasus University in France. Within the framework of the cooperation between universities, numerous successful mobility activities have taken place with the involvement of students, academic and administrative staff.
