At the initiative of the Caucasus University Student and Organizational Events Service, a master class of Georgian dishes for international students was held on March 24 in the "Canteenarea" of Caucasus University, led by the university's chef, Ana Gelashvili, and a student of the Caucasus School of Business, Irakli Kamkamidze.
The main objectives of the master class were to introduce foreign students to the rich culinary culture of Georgia and to showcase some of its most well-known and delicious dishes.
The participants learned how to prepare khinkali, a traditional Georgian dish, followed by a tasting.
