On December 4, President Kakha Shengelia and a university delegation welcomed Ambassador Gareth Ward at Caucasus University.

The participants reviewed existing partnerships between British higher education institutions and Caucasus University and outlined future plans aimed at strengthening collaboration within the education sector.

The meeting was attended by Irena Melua, Vice President for Internationalization; Eka Akobia, Dean of the School of Governance; Keti Karbaia, Director of the International Relations Department; and Sofio Berishvili, Political Secretary of the British Embassy.

Following the discussions, the Ambassador explored the university’s historic building and its modern academic facilities.
