Memorandum of Cooperation between Caucasus University and the largest cyber security company - BIT SENTINEL

A memorandum was signed between Caucasus University and the organizer of the largest cyber security event in Europe "DefCamp" - BIT SENTINEL, on the basis of which Caucasus University and its partner Scientific Cyber Security Association have been granted an exclusive one-year representation in the Caucasus region.

 

BIT SENTINEL is among the largest cyber security companies. Within the framework of the cooperation, Caucasus University and the Scientific Cyber Security Association are given the right to conduct ethical hacking courses in line with the program developed by BIT SENTINEL. The training will be carried out on real exercise machines deployed on a specialized platform. The training will be carried out under the supervision of BIT SENTINEL. The software and training database developed by BIT SENTINEL meets the highest standards and is updated in line with the cyber security current market trends.

 

The Memorandum allows Caucasus University and the Scientific Cyber Security Association to conduct cyber security events in the Caucasus region on behalf of and with the support of BIT SENTINEL.

 

In addition, with BIT SENTINEL’s backing, a cyber security center has been established at Caucasus University, the functions of which will include quality control of cyber security courses and organization of cyber security events. The head of the Cyber Security Center has been appointed a Professor of Caucasus University Mr. Maxim Iavich.
