On November 1, Professor Roy Allison from Oxford University visited Caucasus University, where he was hosted by the Vice-President for Internationalization, Irena Melua, and the Dean of the School of Governance, Eka Akobia.

During the visit, a work meeting was conducted, where both parties shared information regarding their universities' main achievements and discussed potential areas of collaboration within the international relations program.

Special attention was paid to the possibilities of potential collaborative research projects, as well as planning potential work/study visits in order to share the universities’ best practices.

St. Antony's College of Oxford is one of the outstanding higher education institutions that explores the Caucasus region in depth, and it hosts various programs aimed at fostering the study of the Georgian language, literature, and the history of Georgia.
