On July 2, the Caucasus School of Business (CSB) hosted the public defense of Teo Neparidze's doctoral dissertation at Caucasus University. Her dissertation was titled „The Impact of Affective Commitment on Creative Self-Efficacy and Creative Process Engagement in Virtual Work Setting: The Moderating Role of Metacognition and Artificial Intelligence “.
The scientific supervisor of the dissertation was Professor Boris (Buba) Lezhava.
The defense of the dissertation was held before the dissertation board, with the following composition:
- Elene Jgharkava, Associate Professor, Dean of the School of Business, Caucasus University;
- Boris (Buba) Lezhava, professor, vice-president in the field of research and strategic development, Caucasus University;
- Tengiz Taktakishvili, Associate Professor, School of Business, Caucasus University;
- Davit Tsiklauri, Professor, School of Business, Caucasus University;
- Maka Bughulashvili, Associate Professor, Faculty of Business Administration, Black Sea International University.
At the defense, the doctoral student presented the thesis and answered the questions, after which the reviewer, associate professor of Caucasus University, Tengiz Taktakishvili, presented his own evaluations of the thesis.
According to the evaluation of the thesis board, Teo Neparidze successfully defended her thesis and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Management.
