Pre-acceleration program – CUnicorn's sixth stream

The activities of the sixth batch of Startup Pre-Acceleration Program CUnicorn, organized by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at Caucasus University, are actively underway!

 

The program aims to foster participants’ entrepreneurial skills and innovative thinking, support the development of startup ideas, and transform them into real businesses. Throughout the program, participants explore the fundamental components of startup development and build relevant competencies through hands-on practical work.

 

During the first five weeks, participants worked on the following topics:

 

  • Ideation and the development of creative thinking;
  • Customer Persona development and validation;
  • Problem-Solution Fit analysis techniques;
  • Business models and revenue streams;
  • Competitive analysis, branding, and design.

 

The sessions were led by founders of successful startups, experienced mentors, and ecosystem representatives, including:

 

  • Irakli Svanidze - Acting Head of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at CU, Startup Mentor;
  • Sandro Kandelaki - Founder and CEO of StudentHunt, Startup Mentor; 
  • Giorgi Kintsurashvili - TBC Bank Ecosystem Innovation’s Lead; 
  • Maro Koshadze - Co -Founder and CEO of Amadeo;
  • Nini Mosiashvili - Co-Founder and COO of Helio.ai.

 

Guest speakers of the program included:

 

  • Gearoid Cox - Founder and CEO of SalesPipeline; 
  • Carsten Kolbeck - Co-Founder and CEO of Rainmaking. 

 

CUnicorn is a 10-week intensive program that combines thematic meetings, practical sessions, and individual mentoring. At the end of the program, participants will present their startup ideas during Demo Day.
