On March 5, the Caucasus Tourism School hosted a public lecture on "Digital Transformation in Hotels." The lecture was delivered by Mila Kopaleishvili, a graduate of Caucasus University and a specialist in digital transformation and technology strategies.

Mila has four years of experience in the hotel and tourism industry, and is currently the Sales and Marketing Manager at the development company "Orbi" for the "Radisson Blu" project. She is also a Young European Ambassador.

The following issues were discussed at the lecture: the importance of technology in the hotel industry, self-service, artificial intelligence and metaverse; Mila also touched on the challenges and risks that accompany digital transformation based on real examples.

The lecture was attended by students of the School of Tourism, administration, professors and other interested in this issue.
