Public Lecture: “Startup Success Fundamentals: Legal and Communication Strategies."– Salome Jojua

At CU, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center hosted a public meeting on the topic: “Startup Success Fundamentals: Legal and Communication Strategies." The meeting was led by Salome Jojua, a business law expert and founding partner of 4S.

 

Salome has over 20 years of experience in business law, is a certified mediator (Edwards Mediation Academy, International Mediation Campus), and holds a Negotiation Mastery certificate from Harvard Business School Online.

 

During the meeting, students and attendees received comprehensive information on startup legal and communication strategies. They learned in detail about the essential legal and communication aspects involved in the process of creating and developing a startup. The discussion also focused on practical lessons and challenges that accompany the transformation of technological ideas into real businesses.

 

Key issues discussed included:

 

  • Selecting the correct legal form to facilitate efficient and proper startup operations.
  • Basic principles of preparing partnership agreements.
  • Effective communication strategies with investors and negotiation management techniques to help nascent startups achieve success.

 

The meeting was conducted in an interactive format, allowing students to ask questions of interest.
