On May 29, Caucasus University hosted a public lecture by Lali Okroshidze, a visiting lecturer at the School of Tourism and a doctoral student in tourism. The lecture was titled “Some Aspects of Georgia's Tourism Competitiveness."
The following topics were covered during the lecture:
- Competitiveness and its importance;
- Key factors that determine competitiveness;
- Georgia’s position in regional and global competitiveness rankings
- Areas for improvement that could increase Georgia’s tourism competitiveness
Lali has been a lecturer at the Caucasus Tourism School since 2022. She has 10 years of experience working in the hospitality industry.
The event was attended by the administration of the Tourism School, professors, students and other interested parties.
