On November 12-16, as part of the Shota Rustaveli Georgian National Science Foundation Young Scientists Grant Project, Tamar Karbaia, Assistant Professor at Caucasus University School of Business, participated in the Fifth International Scientific Conference on Arts, Media, and Culture in Barcelona.
The event was organized by Osaka University and Toulouse Business School Barcelona Campus (TBS Education Barcelona).
Tamar Karbaia’s report was on the topic: “Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions in an Organizational Context”, which analyzed the impact of cultural factors on organizational practices and decisions.
Within the framework of the conference, Tamar Karbaia supervised the papers of one of the panelists and actively participated in the Media Literacy Forum and Management Sessions.
It is worth noting that the International Scientific Conference on Arts, Media, and Culture is one of the largest events that annually brings together successful scholars from various higher educational institutions worldwide.
