On May 19–23, within the framework of the Erasmus+ teaching mobility program the International Relations Department of Caucasus University hosted representatives from the Faculty of Tourism of Universitat Rovira i Virgili, Spain — Oscar Saladie Borráz and Salvador Anton Clavé.
Within the framework of the visit, an introductory meeting was held with representatives of the Department of International Relations of Caucasus University. During the meeting, the parties discussed the existing cooperation between the universities, and the department representatives also informed the guests about the university’s educational programs, international initiatives, and achievements.
The visiting professors were hosted by the Caucasus Tourism School professors - Nata Robitashvili and Tornike Purtseladze and classes were planned for the students of the tourism school. Additionally, an introduction meeting was held with the Dean of the Tourism School, Dr. Diko Kopaleishvili.
It is worth noting that within the framework of the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility Program, Universitat Rovira i Virgili is an important partner of Caucasus University in Spain. The agreement signed between the universities provides for the mobility of academic and administrative staff, as well as students, within the framework of research and teaching activities.
