On October 21, a public meeting on the topic "The Role of the Goal in Achieving Success" was held in the library of Caucasus University.
The lecture was led by CU graduate Tinatin Ugulava, a master in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and personal development trainer.
The meeting focused on personal growth, the importance of goals, how to set them correctly, and strategies to overcome barriers that hinder goal achievement.
At the end of the meeting, the participants had the opportunity to complete a practical exercise in relation to their goals.
