Scientific Forum Prospects of Development of Science in Georgia

On March 29, Scientific Forum "Prospects of Development of Science in Georgia" was held.

 

One of the speakers for the forum was Vice President of Caucasus University for Academic Affairs Dr. Nugzar Skhirtladze and the Vice President for Material Resources, Dr. Guram Lezhava.

 

The forum was held by Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation with the initiative and support of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia. The aim of the forum is to evaluate the current situation, challenges and future prospects of science in Georgia and to determine priorities in the science field, which will benefit the country.

 

The forum was attended by the president of Caucasus University, Dr. Kakha Shengelia, as well as representatives of Georgian government, higher educational institutions, scientific-research institutions, diplomatic corps and international organizations.
