On November 7, the second workshop of the autumn school - “The Caucasus, A land of Exile and Migrations in the context of contemporary war(s)” was held at the Caucasus University.
In the framework of the above-mentioned workshop, the speakers discussed the legal mechanisms of refugees' protection. The meeting was held in question-answer and discussion mode, the participants had the opportunity to get comprehensive answers to additional questions. It should be noted that Georgian and foreign participants of the program were hosted by the vice-president of the university, Irena Melua, and provided detailed information about the internationalization process.
The autumn school is implemented by the Caucasus University within the framework of cooperation with the French-Georgian University, Ilia State University and Tbilisi State University.
The project is supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, the French Embassy in Georgia and the French Institute of Georgia.
On November 6, the opening event of the program was held, where the dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Caucasus University - Davit Natroshvili made a speech to the audience.
It should be noted that the students of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Caucasus University, as well as the School of Governance are participating in the program along with Georgian and international students.
