On February 3, Dr. Kakha Shengelia, President of Caucasus University and the International Association of University Presidents, participated in an online panel discussion on "The role of academy in the development of the IT industry."

During the discussion, participants from different countries talked about the most in-demand specialties and industries, as well as the role of classical higher technical education in today’s reality, and discussed the extent to which a traditional educational technical program meets the needs of today’s IT industry.
