Caucasus University is announcing a vacancy for the position of Copying Equipment Administrator.
Job Responsibilities:
- Print lecture and exam materials, photocopy university documents, and deliver them to the appropriate recipients in a timely manner; address various technical needs of the university administration.
- Coordinate the operations of the university's photocopying centers.
- Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of photocopying machines.
- Identify required consumables and inventory for photocopying centers, and assess procurement needs.
- Scan textbooks provided by schools.
- Optimize the use of consumables and improve the management of electronic documents.
- Provide the university printing equipment with cartridges;
Qualification requirements:
- Complete general education
- Knowledge of office programs (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Additional Requirements:
- Strong communication skills; energetic, organized, and responsible
- Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems
- Proficiency in processing and synthesizing information in a timely manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working conditions:
- Work schedule: from Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a short working day, the need for the mentioned day(s) is determined by agreement with the management);
- Trial period: 3 months (paid)
- Salary: GEL 1000 (after tax)
