Caucasus University announces a vacancy for the position of manager of the Department of Student Services and Learning Process Monitoring in the direction of English-language programs.
Job Duties:
- Direct communication with students enrolled in English-language programs.
- Participation in semester registration and contract signing for students of English-language programs, including both degree-seeking and exchange students.
- Monitoring timely entry of grades into the database by lecturers.
- Attendance at midterm and final exams.
- Assisting in the collection, sorting, and submission of documents required for freshman enrollment.
- Participation in the authorization and accreditation process as per assigned responsibilities.
- Carrying out additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education
- At least 1 years of experience working in a similar field
- Knowledge of the English language (B2 level)
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
Additional requirements:
- Communicative, energetic, organized, responsible;
- Ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly;
- Ability to process and synthesize provided information in a timely manner;
- Ability to effectively produce verbal and written communication;
Working conditions:
- Work schedule: from Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a short working day, the need for the mentioned day(s) is determined by agreement with the management);
- Remuneration (after tax): within 1000 GEL. depends on the candidate's experience and qualifications;
- Trial period: 3 months (paid).
