Virtual Voyages - Academic Staff Survey

1 April 2026

Dear Professors,

This survey is conducted within the framework of the Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange project “Acquiring Transversal Competences through Virtual Voyages” (Project No. 101193593).

By completing the survey, you will help us better understand the needs, expectations, experiences, and challenges of academic staff related to digital teaching and learning, virtual exchange, the use of e-learning tools, and the development of transversal and soft skills. Your feedback will contribute to adapting the project activities, training opportunities, and learning resources to the current needs of university teaching staff.

The project aims to create virtual exchange opportunities focusing on career decision-making and planning, the “learning to learn” competence, and soft skills development. The project builds on the existing e-learning platform thevoyage.eu, which will be updated and adapted to current educational needs.

The project brings together participants from Romania, Italy, Türkiye, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, and Armenia and aims to promote intercultural understanding, cooperation, and the exchange of knowledge and experience through virtual learning environments.

An important component of the project is dedicated to supporting university teaching staff, youth workers, and trainers in strengthening their digital competencies and soft skills, as well as enhancing their capacity to effectively use innovative e-learning tools and virtual exchange approaches in their professional practice.

Your experience and professional perspective are highly valuable for the successful implementation of the project. We therefore kindly invite you to complete the survey form by 8 April 2026.
